RPI became the distributor to Prestige Medical Parts
Beginning in January, 2010, RPI became the distributor of OEM parts for the prestige Kavoclave line of sterilizers in North America. The prestige line of sterilizers are manufactured in the UK by Prestige Medical and distributed in North America by Alfa Medical of Westbury, New York (http://sterilizers.com/prestige2100.asp).
Prestige has sold three different versions over the years, simply referred to as the classic model 210006, Versions I, II, And III. The sterilizer was also private-labeled for several years by kavo and sold as the “kavoClave” sterilizer, which is also the same as version I of the machine. RPI has worked closely with Alfa Medical and Prestige Medical to carry the complete inventory of parts still manufactured by prestige for these machines. This is a departure from RPI”s normal mode of reverse engineering and subcontracting the manufacture of parts to fit medical and dental equipment, but it is an excellent opportunity for us to help our customers by adding another line of parts to fit table top sterilizers.
