TSO3 has perfected an innovative sterilization process using ozone as the sterilizing agent. The first product, 125L Ozone Sterilizer, named after its 125-litre/4.3-cubic-foot capacity, based on this technological platform, which is intended for hospital sterilization units. It was designed to sterilize heat and moisture-sensitive surgical and diagnostic devices which are expensive and in high demand from the surgical suite. The 125L Ozone Sterilizer is currently available for purchase in both the U.S. and Canadian markets. The Sterilizer is installed and operational in a number of Canadian and U.S. hospitals acting as referral sites for TSO3. The hospitals are conducting in-use evaluations for a period estimated at a minimum of 90 days. The results of the tests conducted by the referral sites and a satisfaction report will be published to promote market awareness and acceptance for the technology. Referral sites have also agreed to continue to showcase the technology for future clients of TSO3.

SKYTRON is the North American distributor and service organization for the 125L Ozone Sterilizer manufactured by TSO3. With over 120 sales representatives, 100 service 120 sales representatives, 100 service representatives and sales support facilities with manufacturing suppliers in the United States, Canada, Finland, Japan and the Netherlands.

TSO3 Inc. conducted a second factory training class for the SKYTRON field service organization January 24-30, 2005. Technicians from across North America traveled to Quebec City to participate in an intensive one-week training session that included technical classroom instruction, hands-on repair and service instruction. Trained SKYTRON service personnel are now in place to service all installed units. Additional classes are being planned for technicians in locations where new sterilizers will be installed.

“AORN is one of the biggest healthcare tradeshows in the US and a ‘must’ for hospitals which are planning facility and process improvements that will enhance patient care. These intensive training sessions are perfectly timed for us to target the AORN with the 125L, where SKYTRON is one of the largest vendors”, stated Ann Hewitt, Vice President Sales and Marketing at TSO3 Inc. “The training is designed to give the salespeople all the skills and information they need to support their customers’ interest in acquiring ozone sterilization.

In the next 30 days, TSO3 will also conclude training for the entire 120 members of SKYTRON North American field sales force. This training will be completed just prior to attending the AORN (Association of periOperative Registered Nurses) 52nd Congress in New Orleans where the 125L Ozone Sterilizer will be featured.
