I have seen so many sterilizers where the user does not change the chamber filter. What will happen is it will take much longer to fill the chamber with water, and often during the venting period, lots of the water will stay in the chamber.

What you should do, is remove the filter and put it in the ultrasonic cleaner for about 10 minute. That should clear it up. If it is still not clean, then just call us and order a new one for $15.00

The Pelton and Crane OCM and OCR were the best ever sterilizers ever made. What happened to them? how could anyone make the decision of taking a well made produtc, and simply replacing it with a product that constently breaks down?
