Consolidated high quality, rectangular sterilizers offer more functional chamber space and accessories. A variety of sizes are available. If clean steam is supplied your building, we offer direct steam-heated operation. If a steam source is unavailable, we can manufacture your sterilizer with a steam generator that fits underneath the chamber. A separate steam generator is supplied for sterilizers with a chamber size larger than 24″ x 36″ x 48″.
Fully automatic drying using heat and vacuum without the need to open chamber lid. Built-in access port for independent thermosensor and temperature recorder option.
Pre-vacuum cycle completely eliminates cold spots formed by air pockets at initiation of cycle for rapid and optimum sterilization efficiency. Safety features: Over-temperature power cutoff, over-pressure power cutoff, low water power cutoff, and pressure relief valve.
Self-contained system without the need for an outside steam source or plumbing for venting. Bacteria filter protects sterilized load from the potential of recontamination.
On-board service diagnostics for rapid troubleshooting.
Tomy’s vertical loading autoclaves accommodate a wide range of items. Small items like petrie dishes and test tubes are easily accommodated in the stacking baskets while large items like a fermenter or a 25 liter carboy may are also available for sterilizing liquids.
Microprocessor and software. The Systec V-Series autoclaves have “comprehensive intelligence”: Pressure control is via an electronic pressure transducer. In addition, there is a flexible temperature sensor in the sterilization chamber or in a reference vessel (in the case of liquids) and a further sensor at the coldest part of the chamber, the condensate outlet. The microprocessor, specially developed for our laboratory autoclaves, controls all relevant functions such as steam pressure, temperature and sterilization time as well as options such as rapid cooling, pre- and post-vacuum and drying.
This articles may sound like a sales letter … but, let me tell you somehting … if you need a 20×20x38 chamber? or larger … this is the autoclave to get.
